So I have applied to four ea schools already with the Common App. When I was in eleventh grade, I attended a one month sort of educational program at a local university. So I put down it on this section of Common App. The thing is that this sort of program had no certification or transcript. Will college require me to submit one if I get admitted? And if I tell them so and so will they cancel my application on this basis? I am just freaking out
