<p>Before I help you, I think we kind of need some more information: </p>
<p>1) What kind of school and environment are you looking for? Do you want to study in the Northeast or California? Do you prefer a public or private school? Do you want to study at a large university or a smaller one? </p>
<p>2)Is your SAT score just your critical reading and math scores or your CR, math, and writing scores? What were your scores in each section? </p>
<p>3) How important are athletics and that you can participate in the swim team? How important is a good finance program? </p>
<p>Also keep in mind that your TOEFL score is a bit low, which may limit your ability to get into a university. (To see for yourself, here's an example: English</a> Proficiency for Admission — International — Requirements and Polcies — University of Washington Under this policy, you would not be admitted to the University of Washington). What may also limit you is your ability to obtain a student visa. I'm not sure as to how easy it is to get one coming from Kazakhstan.</p>
<p>I thoroughly suggest that you retake both your SAT and your TOEFL. You may also consider taking the ACT if it's offered in your country.</p>
