School Forms Please identify the school counselor who will be completing the Common Application Secondary School Report on your behalf.</p>
<p>How do I indicate that I sent them in by mail?</p>
<p>Just invite your counselor in the school forms section (which asks for your recommenders’ names and whether they are counselors or teachers) but don’t list your counselor’s email and once you invite, it should list him/her as an offline provider.</p>
