HELP!! My counsellor sent the secondary school report in- how do i indicate this?

School Forms Please identify the school counselor who will be completing the Common Application Secondary School Report on your behalf.</p>

<p>How do I indicate that I sent them in by mail?</p>

<p>comman app is not generally up to date, you should probably call the admissions offices at your colleges as soon as you get the chance</p>
