HELP - NEED TO KNOW WHAT KINDS OF SCHOOLS I CAN GET INTO TO APPLY ASAP

I am a senior in high school and I am not sure about what kinds of colleges I will get into.
My GPA is fairly low : 4.15 weighted which I think is a 3.7 unweighted.
Its because I did pretty bad my freshman year, and got a lot of B pluses rather than A's
Freshman Year : 4.012
Sophomore Year: 4.179
Junior Year: 4.270
All of those are weighted.
My SAT score is pretty good : 2390 superscore and 2300+ on the individual
Sat Math II is 730
Sat Biology is 720

I have a pretty good amount of extra curriculars. I want to aim for Ivy's as my top colleges but I am not sure if I am even a good candidate, basically because of my low GPA - they accept an average of around 4.5 weighted from my school.

Do I have a chance of getting into schools like UPenn, Cornell, or Duke, or should I aim for lower schools like Georgia Tech or Drexel?

I am also unsure whether I would be wasting my ED’s on, ivys if I know that i don’t have a chance due to my low GPA

You have a chance at all the schools you listed. Duke is a reach for everyone. Penn and Cornell are moderate reaches. I’d say the other schools you mentioned are well, well within reach (Drexel might even qualify as a safety). I would suggest applying to Vanderbilt and/or Washington U-St. Louis. They are both known for leaning in favor of high test scores. Your grades are good enough for almost every college, and will not disqualify you from any school you’re looking at. If you really love Duke, Penn, or Cornell, go ahead and show the love with an ED application. Pick a safety and/or match with rolling admissions or non-binding early notification. Breathe.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I think it would be a good idea for me to apply towards schools that lean towards higher test scores, but my parents are keen on me staying in the east coast, so vanderbilt or st.louis are a bit out of reach. Do you have any recommendations for colleges that favor high test scores on the east?
