<p>They're really not. The only advantage to the plazas is the A/C, IMHO.</p>

<p>really? how so? i personally think the plazas are newer and thus look nicer, but as for actual living necessities, i dont see how they are subpar. the word i always post about living in a residence hall is "adequate."</p>

<p>no need for it in a residence hall, really. although sometimes the heater is turned on too much during the winter.</p>
<p>^ exactly - it might be nice at times, but its really not necessary. My house doesn't even have A/C, so I'm really okay with not having it in the dorms. All you need are windows, I say! :)</p>
<p>You just can't beat the dorms for convenience, socialization, and overall experience.</p>
