Help on SAT II scores? Chem vs. Bio?

Okay so my June SAT Chem score came out and it turned out really bad: a 620. I'm thinking I'll probably have to retake it but the question is when. I'm a prospective high school junior. I took my SAT Bio last year and got a 730 on it and was hoping to raise it as well (750+). I took both SAT II's after taking the honors level of classes. I'm planning to major in Biology/Biochemistry (premed). Will the 620 be seen even if I retake it and will it lower my chances of being accepted to colleges?

Do you think I should:
a) Retake SAT Chem in October. (possibly hire a tutor) and take SAT Bio in May/June after the AP Test.
b) Retake SAT Bio in October. Then retake SAT Chem after AP Test.
c) Take both SAT Bio and SAT Chem in June after taking AP Tests for both. (probably not a good option)
d) Take SAT Chem after AP Chem. Leave SAT Bio score as is.

*I'm also planning on taking SAT II Math in October, if that helps. Any tips?

Junior Year Schedule:
AP Bio / AP Chem
Scientific Research
AP Calc BC
AP US History
Mandarin III
AP English
Community Outreach

Senior Year Schedule:
AP Bio/AP Chem
Honors/ AP Physics
Multivariable Calc
AP Economics
AP Mandarin
AP English
Leadership

*I'm trying not to exceed seven classes because I have cross country practices in the mornings, and I'm kind of a prime member of the team.

I'm better at biology because it's memorization and I'm good at that kind of stuff. On the other hand, I feel like I wasn't able to understand chemistry well because I only took honors chemistry and we didn't go over half the material.

I'm shooting for UC's (UCLA, Berkeley, SD, Davis, Irvine), UW, UPenn, University of the Pacific, Washington St. Louis. SAT score will probably be around 2200 (my last practice test was a 2280 but I'm shooting for a 2300+) (plus my PSAT was 218 without studying).
