Help please! Cumulative GPA different from two schools - Do colleges take this into consideration?

So I switched schools in the middle of my high school career and my cumulative GPA's from both are different, and they are not being added together due to a different grading system. Ugh. :(

So I had a 4.00 at my old school for two years, a cumulative weighted GPA of 4.75
At my new school, my GPA went to 3.89 (currently, this is before final grades), and a cumulative weighted GPA of 4.18, since it all started over (and this also affected my class rank too)

What should I do when applying to colleges? I can't manually find my cumulative GPA using both schools, no?
Should I send both transcripts? I switched from a competitive school and I was second in my class, and now I'm fifteenth at a not as competitive school (my grades slightly dropped due to frequent illnesses and many ECs) :(

Thank you!

You will need to have the transcripts from both HS’s sent to the colleges. They will decide how to handle the different grading systems. And ECs are never a good reason for a drop in grades. I wouldn’t bring that one up in your application.
