<p>Almost every high ranked LAC (US News rankings) offers aid for intls, as well as some universities. The topic comes up frequently so you could use the search function of this board to find some schools. You could also use the college search engine at collegeboard.com and check the "Find colleges that offer financial aid for international students" box.</p>
