So I was a little late taking my SAT's, took my first one in May of Junior year, and again in June. I got a 1910 first time, and a 2100 flat second time. I now have 1 more SAT date before November which alot of school has their deadlines set. So I can choose to take 2 subject tests or the SAT's again. Which should I do? If I casually study for SAT's for 3 months I know I can get a 2250+. I studied for about 2 weeks without any help, from the May to June SAT and increased by 190 points. Or should I take Bio and Math subject tests, expecting a 650+ in Bio and 750 at least in Mathl.

Geez, this is kind of hard. Take the subject tests?

Is this deadline for Early Action/Decision? And where are you applying?

2100 to 2250 is a lot. You already improved your score so much, it would be hard to raise it again. You should try the SAT subject tests, although a 650 in Bio is not competitive. Your prediction for math sounds good, but you really should try taking subject tests youre sure you can get at least 700 on.

Subject tests. A 2100 is a pretty solid score.

I guess 2100 is pretty good, but I want it to be higher in order to balance my bad GPA. My GPA is only 3.3 UW 3.8 W (mostly due to my 2.9 in freshmen year, but has been improving).

I don’t know where you live, but in California the UC schools don’t consider freshman year in calculating GPA. If California is not a destination for you, you might look into schools elsewhere that also don’t consider 9th grade.
I also think your 2100 is solid enough to go the subject test route.
