Okay, so I was originally planning on sending my apps online...

BUT I have a fee waiver...so should I send the fee waiver apart from the
application?

Good luck to all the RDers!

is there an option to skip the payment for online submittion? if there is then just send the fee waiver with your school report and stuff, if there isnt then call them and ask (I don't think there was one..)

worst case just print out your application and send by paper =p

you can't print out your application because the online application is void in paper.

there is an option to skip payment. i don't think the deadline applies really for the fee. i sent my first part in and i applied for a fee waiver; it was processed without a fee or even a certificate of waiver. it's likely that they won't care, so turn in that application first and worry about the fee waiver later.

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH YOU GUYS! You have lifted a GINORMOUS

burden off my shoulders....thank you thank you. and thank you....

sigh of relief as I go to bed at one in the morning
