help please

<p>I know it is a stupid thing to do but I downloaded the school forms without actually being logged on to my common application account. The forms thus neither had any ID number nor any other automatically typed information. Will Johns Hopkins be able to sort it out or should I ask the school counselor to send the forms again? </p>

<p>I am really confused.Although Johns Hopkins has not contacted me yet,I fear my application may be disqualified. I know I should have been careful in the first place but I am an international student and did not really know how the applicaton process works.</p>

<p>Any advice as to what to do would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.</p>

<p>Johns Hopkins University does not use Common Application ID numbers to match applicants' documents. Nothing to worry about. We will use your name, birth date, high school name to match all of your records.</p>
