a) I am a 12th standard student from India. I recently asked my college office for my transcripts but they said that," there’s no such this available in our college but if you could get a sample format we could sign it. " Can anyone please tell me what are transcripts and can also send some sample format of transcript ?
b) Other problem is that the deadline for submission is January 1st. They need all the report cards and transcripts but the result of 12th standard arrives in the month of June. What should I do ?
