I'm signed up to take the Spanish test on dec. 3 two weeks from now.
I took spanish 7/8 in the beginning of the summer but haven't practised since then. DO I stand a chance at doing well?
Any suggestions of how to up my score, or should I take it at all?

Have you taken the practice test in the real sat ii's book?
If not, i highly recommend it- by doing so, i realized i was better at spanish than history on there. Plus you'll get some practice after reviewing the answers.

1) Practice tests - you need to be familiar with the format, so this will be very helpful
2) get the princeton review book and look over the vocabulary - you don't have time to learn a lot of it from scratch, but it will jog your memory; also look over the grammar; again, you won't have time to learn all of it, but if you've studied spanish, it should remind you
3) If you are having a lot of trouble with practice tests, and all the stuff in the review book looks alien to you, don't take it

i wouldnt take it if i were you...7/8 is a lower level spanish...am i right? if you dont know specific grammar points especially si clauses and subjunctive you will not do well...there are 90 questions in 60 minutes so unless you feel very confident about your language abilities i would suggest trying another test
