If that’s the American Embassy program, play it up. It’s SUPER prestigious and many students chosen for it go on to prestigious schools and careers (in the US or in their home country). Describe the selection process and what you did.

Still, everything will matter if you need a lot of money. Make a good list, with a variety of colleges (don’t just apply to schools ranked in the Top 25 universities or LACs, remember that there are 3,700 universities in the US so anything ranked in the top 10% is good - I’d say: top 60-85 universities with honors programs, top 125 LACs, Top 20 regional universities/North, Top 10 regional universities for each other region, Top Honors Programs at directionals, and a handful others that you’ll find in the guidebooks, that would give you a pretty good selection - even more so if you get into the Honors College.
Apply to schools where you’d qualify for merit scholarships (full tuition), both automatic and competitive

I need like a full aid, so I’m looking for schools that can provide such an aid. I’ve already checked almost all possible links and I have like a list of 20-30 colleges that give aid and most of them are in top 50-100

“I need full aid” doesn’t make a budget… We need a number to have an idea of how difficult it’ll be for you.
And since a lot of aid depends on your SAT or ACT score, it’s hard to help you without that element.

okay, thanks.
That means Berea, absolutely.
Everywhere else will be difficult because most schools will be need-aware.
A strategy is to use your high test scores to get a full ride merit scholarship (which is what you need).
Go to the Financial Aid forum and look at the pinned thread that lists all links to automatic and competitive scholarships.
