<p>Hi! I'm international student and now I study at the best school in my country. Recently I was elected as a school president. In my country school presidents do speech in the last day of school. Also, in my school we don't have ap classes, because of it there are about 100 students with perfect GPA. May I consider myself as a valedictorian?</p>
