help to find colleges that are matches/safeties

So as Ive been looking at colleges ive noticed all the ones im interested in have been risky matches or reaches at best and so if anyone could give me some suggestions for good schools that I could comfortably expect acceptance to, that'd be awesome!

Here's my stats and the like:

Thousand Oaks, Ca

SAT: 1860 (going to retake in Oct, expect these to go up)
SAT II: Us history-690, Literature: 600

GPA - Unweighted: 3.44
GPA - Weighted: 3.83
Class Rank: 160
Class Size: 605

APs:
Sophomore Year: Euro History AP-4
Junior year: Environmental AP-4, US History AP-4, English Lang. AP-4, Psychology AP-4
Senior Year: Government AP/Econ, English Lit. AP, Statistics AP, Human Geography AP

increasing grades since freshman year: Freshman year i was around a 3.2 GPA and in 2nd semester of junior year i finished with a 4.5 weighted GPA

well-known, competitive high school, top 3rd of class

EC:
I am the Vice President of Jewish Student Union and now assistant director.
Also participate in school Earth Club events (environmental friendliness).
Captain of JV tennis team, will be on varsity next season.
I am an active member at the community Teen Center where i log hundreds of hours of community service and organize/run youth events.
Recieved youth achievement recognition award for Volunteer work at the Teen Center.
Participated in selected-group city Youth Summit with city council members.

So far top interests are Skidmore College, Lewis & Clark College, UCSB, and UCSC
As far as college types go, Im into campuses not in the middle of nowhere and small liberal arts are top choices

anyways, help me out if you can! thanks!

You are in California. Your financial and academic safety is the California community college or Junior College closest to you. Your guidance counselor can tell you if any of the the Cal States are academic safeties, and your parents can tell you if they are financial safeties (you can pay for them out-of-pocket with no aid other than federally determined aid).

Match or Safety: Rhodes in Memphis, Tenn. Hendrix in Little Rock, Arkansas.

There are lots of options if you are willing to go a bit more rural so depends on what ‘middle of nowhere’ means to you. For example, Bates, in Lewiston, ME is a town of 80,000, about 45 minutes from Portland. Is this ‘nowhere?’

nah, its more along the lines that having a college town around the campus is a plus. No doubt something that anyone would want. But its certaintly not a top priority

Bates is SAT optional, by the way.

Many schools will discount your freshman year, especially if the trend is upward. And if you are a guy, it helps because most LACs tilt a little more female.

Take a look at Elon University in North Carolina (about 5,000 students, nearly all undergrad) and Dickenson College in Penn (about 2,500 undergrads)-both very popular in our area.
