<p>I think that my college decision will come down between UConn and Syracuse. I was wondering if anybody had thoughts about either of those schools, whether it be academics, social life, etc.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I understand the Syracuse is probably a better school, but it is also $18,000 more. Im just looking for whatever people think about the two. Thanks in advance! <p>It really depends on your major. If you are looking into architecture or any communications majors, Syracuse is the school to go to. Otherwise, UConn is a much better deal and comparable to many Syracuse majors. UConn has great science programs and is just as good as if not better than Syracuse in many of these fields in my opinion.</p>
<p>I got into the whitman school of management at Syracuse and chose the business school at UConn over it, because it is better.....I go by mba us news rankings, not the horrible undergrad business rankings that they have.</p>
<p>mba is a better indicator of the overall quality of the school</p>
