I take all AP and honors classes offered. Two junior year: Comp Sci (5) and US History (4). I’m taking AP Calc, Euro, Gov, and Lit next year.

ECs:
++ Captain of successful and large FIRST Robotics team (2 years)

++ Lead Sound Engineer for (decently large) local concerts and performances
++ Held consistent job (3 years at a UPS Store)
++ Run a wedding/bar mitzvah videography business (made over $1K)

I plan to major in Management Information Systems.

UPenn: big reach (it is for everyone)
NYU: reach
UNC: don't know it well, by rep. maybe slight reach? matchy?
UT-Austin: match?
BU: definite match
USC: reach-ish
Northeastern: no idea
UMD: match
SIT: I haven't actually heard of that one, I'll have to look into it

Don't you love my specificity? The SATs and GPA are only slightly lower than tops, so I think you'll be fine in general.

I took a tour at Stevens and they have a pretty impressive technology management program. My uncle went there and he is extremely successful (leading biochemist in the world, was a WMD-inspector for the UN and has been to iraq several times). Also CEO of verizon went there. It's a 5-minute PATH ride to NYC and the ride costs a 1.50. Really nice urban campus. I was impressed.

It's really one-sided though in terms of valuing engineering over everything else. If you ever decide to change your major, you'd have a hard time finding another quality department.

UPenn...don't apply to Jerome Fisher, it's nearly impossible to get into, so just apply to Wharton, which is still nearly impossible, but not as much.
