Help!- Urgent Question

I just submitted by common app and supplement yesterday, and I was reading over the directions- and it said that ALL international students must submit a financial status form thing?!!! but I thought I didn't need to fill it out b/c I don't need financial aid... on the website, it says all forms should be postmarked on the 1st? but my dad needs to get the info and the soonest I can send it is probably in like 3 to 5 days... do you think this affects my decision? I mean, it's not really a big deal since I won't need financial aid and they will notify ppl about missing forms right?

All international students must submit the International Student Certification of Finances form:

<a href="http://apply.jhu.edu/pdf/2008/application_international_finances.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://apply.jhu.edu/pdf/2008/application_international_finances.pdf</a></p>

This form needs to be completed by both international students applying for financial aid and those not applying for financial assistance. It is required for the VISA process.

You need to submit this form AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It is a big deal as it is a required part of your application, as explained in detail in our application instructions for international students:

Do international applicants have different requirements than U.S. applicants?

There are two additional components to the application for international applicants.

First is the International Student Certification of Finances form. All international applicants are required to submit this form with their application. (See Application to access the form.)

Second is the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) requirement (see below).
