HELP! USC App - Academic History

<p>I have problems with my non UC a-g course to enter to USC App.</p>

<p>is 9th grade Health a Natural Science or Social Science category?
is 9th grade Geo/Ref Skills a Natural Science or Social Science category?</p>

<p>They are in the dropdown boxes of these two categoies. So, I cannot tell.</p>

<p>However, if I made Health a Natural Science, then I am not able to make yet another Geo a Natural Science since I already have 2 courses in that section(Health + Physical Science). I ended up having to put Geo in Social Science. Is this right?</p>

<p>Are performing art courses Humanities, Religion and Electives?</p>

<p>I can see Marching Band in the dropdown box of "Humanities, Religion and Electives", so I should select it for the 1st semester???</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure you don’t list 9th grade Health, just like you don’t list PE</p>

<p>Health is not a college prep class and is not listed.</p>

<p>I called USC last week. They told me to put Health under Social Science or Elective.</p>

<p>It says not to list band; then why “band” is on the drop down list for me to select?</p>

<p>The people who answer the phone in Admissions are not your official USC Admissions Counselor, who is much higher in the pecking order. Use the link and contact this person— they are the first person to read your app and the gateway into your review. It’s a good relationship to foster.</p>
