HELP! v. quick question about online app

<p>do we have to type everything in all caps? b/c the print preview says...we respectfully ask that you follow our format and use all capital letters...</p>

<p>or is that just if you're writing it? has anyone who's gotten in typed in capital and lowercase letters? or did you use all caps?</p>

<p>please help a desperate person...:(</p>

<p>I got in early and typed using normal grammar/ punctuation rules...including lowercase letters.</p>
