<p>I was filling out the applicantion on paper and was a bit confused. On the first page of the appication there is a little notice saying "Please read the Application Instructions before completeing and utilizing capital letters" I looked under the instructions but didnt see anything about capital letters can anyone help me out?</p>
<p>On the electronic application it says "dont use all capital or all lower case letters" which means youre supposed to type your info like "This". But it also means you could type it like "ThiS". Those instructions suck. Anyway, i think they just want you to write your information normally like "This". All my friends who applied on paper did it that way.</p>
