Help w/ UC transfer essays

<p>I've worked 30 hrs a week every semester... So i could write in essay #3, or i could write in essay #2 saying that my talent is hard work... Last year in essay #2 i wrote about my compassion and how i help people...</p>

<p>i talked to someone who reviews essays for uc and he told me hard work is not the way to go. I found question two very confusing but i wrote a piece on my intellectual curiosity. This is what the guy who i talked to suggested as well. they are looking for something specific not just cliche</p>
