I returned back to school (currently attend a community college in California) in the spring of 2012 and have been receiving A's in these following classes: English 1A, English 1B, Chemistry 1A, Chemistry 1B, Spanish 1A, Spanish 1B, Psychology 1A.

But I messed up really horribly in 2 of my classes this fall of 2013. I applied for the Biochemistry/Molecular Biology major at UC Davis for 2014 fall admission. I was approved for the TAG, but it required me to get a B or higher in Biology 1A and a C or higher in Biology 1B.

I think I may have received a C in Biology 1A and a C or lower in Chem 12A (Ochem).

I submitted my poorly written personal statement this fall. What do you think are my chances of getting into UC Davis? And other UC's like Berkeley and UCLA?

I am planning to work really hard next semester and ace all of my classes: Bio 1B, Chem 12B, Math 3C (Linear Differentials), and Sociology.

My current cumulative GPA is 3.845, and major GPA is 3.92. But after this semester it definitely dropped really low..

Thank you so much for your help!
