I am having difficulty gaging film schools against each other. The schools that have accepted me that have caught my interest are SDSU, CSULB, and UCSC. What is the most beneficial for an emphasis in production. Any information will help. Thanks!
id suggest you spend some time on each campus and get a feel for what student life is like. I know they are all technically shut down but, I am sure you can find a socially distant way to walk the campus and talk to some students about their experience.
Trust your gut …
good luck.
Maybe do some research on reddit and filmschool.org and hear what current film students have to say about the programs. Long Beach is closest to the Los Angeles, but it also depends on what type of film work you want to do. I would also check out faculty bios and internship opportunities, and see if there are any opportunities to connect with the schools online. Good luck!
