Help with Awards and Honors part of Application?

<p>I have two separate questions.
For awards/honors
Would winning a sporting event count as an award? </p>

<p>For work experience
I checked years 9-12 for summer work and it asks for start and end date? Should I put June 2002-Aug 2005 even though I only worked for the summer. And what should I do for a current job. It wont allow me to not put an end date. I dont plan to quit til the end of summer of next year, so should I just enter that in.</p>
