Help with CSS question

<p>On the CSS profile, there is a question that asks the parent to estimate his/her income for the next year. If my parent is currently unemployed (and receiving unemployment compensation), does he put "0" or does he put the amount that he will receive from his unemployment?</p>

<p>Also -- the dislocated worker requirements on CSS and FAFSA are different. For CSS, my parent does not qualify as a dislocated worker, but on FAFSA, he does. Is this OK?</p>

<p>I think that unemployment is counted as income for purposes of the financial aid forms, and so I recommend including what your father expects to receive.</p>
