I am a high school senior and I want to major in International Business. The only problem is I can't decide on my minor. Should I take Spanish or economics/finance. Please help decide. thanks.

This is not something you have to decide now. There is typically no requirement that you actually declare a minor. Often a double minor is possible. Sometimes there are restrictions on your minor depending on your major; for instance at Rhodes you can’t major in business and minor in economics; you have to take the bridge major if you want to combine the two. In any case, you are likely to change your major before you graduate which would impact your minor decision.

You will likely have to take some economics and finance courses within a business major anyway.

You can take additional economics, finance, and Spanish courses without needing to minor in any of the subjects.
