Help with Philosophy classes

Does anyone know the best/easiest class for philosophy? What is the best between Intro-100, Ethics-105 and Logic 102? Aslo are there any great teachers or ones to avoid?

Also, what is the best science class ( with or without lab) to satisfy AXLE for a non-science type kid? Some have suggested Astronomy or Oceanography.

Thanks!

I don’t know about Philosophy, but I heard that Oceanography with Goodbread is pretty easy and pretty interesting.

My S is a non-science/math type kid and is taking Logic 102 to satisfy one of the 3 axle classes in Math/N. Science. He will probably take Astronomy to satisfy his lab science and then just one sememster of Statistics. He is thrilled to not take math or science (with any real hard math) ever again.

Oceanography with lab was a pretty good course. My non-science S took it in the fall with Goodbred to fulfill science + lab req

the Ethics professor, John Lachs, is a favorite. Has a great reputation on campus. My D just took it, enjoyed class, loved the teacher!

102 is a MNS credit :)
