I have to write a position paper for Model U.N. about..India's stance on genocide. I checked the CIA World Fact Book, but I'm having trouble so if anyone could help cite some sources for me that would be awesome, thanks.

This is EMERGENCY....thanx

Which conference are you going to?

Hmmm... I've done a lot MUN. I would seriously suggest taking a look at multiple countries foreign policy positions on this topic.

ALWAYS note the inherent bias that any country has. You are India, and in your mind, you're view is correct. Period.

theoneo, this is a position paper to tryout for the Brown Conference.

Hmm haven't been there. Went to RUMUN last year, though. It sucked, so nobody from my school wants to go again. Even though we got Outstanding Small Delegation hehe.

hmm, I am not part of MUN (though I'd love to) but why would you go to CIA World Fact book for a country's opinion/stance on genocide?

Dont you think a site more focused like www.foreignpolicy.com or even wiki, or an encyclopedia would be a better venue?

Btw, there's always google, search "India and Genocide" and maybe you'll find some neat results. Let us know how it goes.

yeah ive tried the google part to death. someone recommended un.org....ill have to check out foreignpolicy.com, thanks.

I decided to write about peacekeepers in India instead, and my paper is almost done, yay! Thanks for all your help.
