help with safeties

I have a pretty good idea about my reaches/ matches but I can't really find a solid safety that I like.

Reach: Illinois CU

In a perfect world: Notre Dame

matches: Marquette, Iowa State, Butler

Stats:
GPA: 3.7 weighted
rank: 229/767 top 29%
ACT: 26
if progression counts, the last three semesters I've gon from 3.5 to 3.85 to 4.14

ECs:
Marching Band-Tuba
Jazz- Trumpet
concert band- Tuba
Pep Band
Church Serivce group
Apologetics (church group)
Retreat Leader

Invited to Boys State, a selective American Legion
summer program
"Distinguished" honor roll this semester, "high" honor roll other ones. (I don't know if this counts cuz 2/3 of my school is on an honor roll)

Senior classes:
Urban History- History of Chicago (weighted)
AP Statistics
Wind Ensemble
Humanities (weighted)
Essay Writing (weighted)
Research and Design
AP Spanish V

I'm from Illinois and would like to stay in the midwest. I wouldn't mind going to a Chicago school if it weren't a commuter school.
Any help would be appreciated.

Loyola Chicago? University of Evansville?

I looked at Loyola Chicago and most of the kids that go there commute. I wanna live on campus. But I'll look into UEdwardsville, thanks.

How about St. Louis University, Quincy,or SIU?

first of all iowa state is deff a safety, nearly a sure thing. A good safety/match would be depaul in the chicagoland area. Also look at University of Wisonsin-Madison youve got a pretty good chance of getting in there and its a really good school

Michigan State, Indiana.

Wisconsin-Madison is no safety school. #34 in the country and much harder out of state.

Try Ohio University, Indiana University, University of Kentucky, and Missouri-Rolla.

Cool, I'll look into all of these. Thanks everyone.
