Help with writing essay

Hey could you guys give me some universal examples to use on the sat essay (like books, historical events, and etc). And also is it good to make up or use personal examples or does it have to something widely adapted.

bumpppppppppp

Look back on a few threads; that has lots of 'universal examples.' I always recommend against using universal examples. Sometimes you really have to stretch some of the examples to make them work, and if you think about the examples on your own when you read the prompt, you might get examples that work much better. You can make up examples, but of course it's better to use real incidences, because you can probably communicate how a real incident supports your argument better.

i can usually relate the Founding Fathers to most of the prompts

I may sound stupid but I'm not much of a writer and i also have a hard time thinking up of things to right about on the more difficult prompts, so i want to have a list of examples ready to use.
