I'm having trouble deciding between two school.

NCSU and University of California at Davis.

I got into State's as a Biomedical engineering (College of Engineering) major and Biochem and Molecular Biology in Davis.

Both Colleges are affordable, im in-state for Davis and will be considered in-state for State by the time the term starts.

I do plan on going to med school afterwords, and at Davis it isn't to hard to change majors to BME.

Both schools are good. State for its C o Eng and Davis for it's biological department.

Need help. Thanks!

Honestly, if you are sure you want to do med school, you probably shouldn’t do Biomedical Engineering.

I am curious as to how one would qualify as “in-state” in 2 different states.

^^^I was thinking the same thing.

What about cheating?

basically, I have in state in California if i go back.
If i choose North Carolina by the summer I will be in state.

I’m not sure I follow you about the instate in 2 different states thing but I’ll suggest you go to California.

Why?. . . .My son was waitlisted at NC State and we can get rid of enough of you accepted folks, maybe there will be room for him!!!

(Just kidding. Ok, not really. )
