<p>I believe the answer is e. Simply because it’s the one that makes sense when you put numbers into it. If the numbers aren’t between 39.9 and 40, then it will be false, if between the range then it’ll be true.please correct me if I’m wrong</p>

<p>39.9 < P < 40.1</p>

<p>You could even just try using 40 and plugging that into every equation and see that only C holds true.</p>
