Help!!!!

All righty, few of my senior friends got into Harvard... Hurray... except not!!! They're all GPA 4.0, athletic, and god knows what else....Ok, I know I'm pretty much screwed in terms of acceptance to Harvard... I was going through a REALLY crappy year last year and screwed up everything by just being too lazy ... but could everyone just help me confirm it so I don't waste my time?

UWGPA: 3.8 ~ 3.9
NHS
Debate
Robotics
Orchestra (violin)
Random summer internships...
Random other stuff
Techically ESL.. (two dialects of Chinese, some Japanese and Italian, and obviously, English)
PSAT: 223 (again, I know, I screwed it up)
SAT: Don't know yet...
8 ~ 10 AP classes by graduation (I only took two the past two years, so the rest comes on next year, probably too late for consideration)
EC: , X-country, track (and no, not crazy good)
... and my HS isn't superb.... how much does that suck???

Anyone have any advice on how to "beautify" my agenda to make it a little more appealing somehow? ANYONE???

Ap Euro: 5 (it was probably an accident)

Based on what you wrote above, its almost impossible to tell how desirable you are as a student.
It would be a lot easier to give you chances if you would answer the following questions:
-What gets you going? What brings out the passion in you?
-Are your grades on an upswing or a downswing?
-How good are you at debate, orchestra and robotics?
-Are you a strong essay writer?
-What is your class rank (approximate if you don't know exact rank)?
-Do you have any practice SAT scores (what do you predict for the SAT)?
