Help!!!

<p>hello,
I have just been admitted to Dartmouth in ED.
But here came an urgent problem:
it is said: "Please confirm your decision to enroll by submitting the form that is enclosed with your paper notification by December 20, 2007."
I am an international student. So it is impossible for me to receive the paper notification by Dec. 20. Therefore, how can I submit the form before the deadline??? Or do they accept electronic confirmation by email?
I wrote an email to Dartmouth last week but have heard nothing till now...</p>

<p>Email them again, or call. Don't worry too much - I'm sure they'll understand since you're an international.</p>
