<p>Just when i decided on Berkeley, i realized that i had forgotten my PASSPHRASE for my CalNetID (which i've created so i have no pin number anymore)!!!</p>
<p>What should i do?!?!?!?!</p>
<p>I did the same thing last year.</p>
<p>Just email the address listed on the calnet auth page and it'll get fixed pretty fast.</p>

Month/Day of birth:
A copy of a photo ID:
Email address where we can reach you:</p>
<p>if you dont have a scanner, take a picture of your id & send it.</p>
<p>they might reply to you that you're not in their directory yet because the SIR takes awhile to process. & they cant help you until you're in it.</p>
<p>but since time is running out.. call this number

& tell them you forgot your passphrase & you're waiting to be put into the directory
& theyll manually put you in or something
then theyll email you a new pin number
then you can re set everything & do yo thang!</p>

<p>They were pretty prompt in their response.</p>
<p>yea at first i just sent them my uc app id & cal net id & my name.</p>
<p>but then i got an auto response saying to send that other stuff i mentioned. </p>
<p>so maybe they're really flexible about what you send.</p>
