<p>Tuition at the statutory colleges isn't as inexpensive as at a SUNY- I think it's the cost of a NY state school plus half the difference between state tuition and Cornell's private tuition. As I understand it, students in the state-sponsored schools must take more than 50 percent of their credits in that particular school, but that the rest of their credits may be taken in Arts and Science or possibly Cornell's other private schools.</p>
