<p>hi evrybody i am from morocco and i want to apply to columbia university or others next year but really i don't know very well the process of application for intr student because we have a totally diferent systeme of education and i hope that if anyone can help me specialy if there is a moroccan student un this forum and you should know that i'm in baccalaureat this years in mathematics sciences and i got 16.71 out of 20 (we don't have gpa) i can speak easily frensh,arabic;berber, and moroccan dialect and the firt in my class for the past 3 years out of 40 student so please help me realy i don't know wath to do or what's left to me</p>

<p>Your scores so far seem fine. (Kudos for the extra languages). I would say you should start preparing for the SAT because it does count. </p>
<p>And get involved in some extracurricular activities.</p>
<p>If you need financial aid start checking for colleges/universities that are generous with internationals. Long story short, focus on liberal arts colleges and Ivies. But maybe you should determine your list after you get your first SAT scores.</p>

<p>I would also suggest to follow his suggestions. Most importantly hang around in this website and listen to what others have to say.(believe me this site is damn helpful if u look at the right places ) Do your own research and find out the colleges that meet your requirements. </p>
<p>If u have free time try to remember some vocabulary (sat words). For the list look at the sites like sparknotes. Keep your mathematics sharp.Be happy and enjoy!</p>
