International student seeking for help !

Hello !
First of all, i would like to thank you for taking the time to read this ! I would like you to help me with something..
I am currently living in Morocco and attending a French High School (ranked among the best ones). My unweighted GPA is 3.6 (As & few Bs) , i am fluent (speaking & writing) in English, French, Arabic & Moroccan Arabic. I have taken Economy & Political science as a major (we had the choice between Econ, math & french literature)
I still haven't taken the SATs yet (planning to take them during the summer) along with the TOEFL..
I have had one of the best grades in English (Top 10 - out of around 100/120). As extracurricular activities, i can mention horse riding, swimming (not planning on pursuing them in college) & some volunteering.
And i also have had good recommendation letters for some teachers.
Plus, tuition is not an issue (not going to ask for financial aid)

I would like to know if you think that i have any shot of getting in Dartmouth college or any similar college ?? NYU ??
If not, which one would you advise me ? (I was considering Depaul U, Pace U, etc as backups)
Thank you VERY MUCH !

without test scores no one can opine.

With decent test scores (2000+), NYU is a good possibility. You should be able to do much better than De Paul or Pace. If you like Catholic Colleges, consider Boston College, who might appreciate the diversity that you bring.

I am myself from Morocco, I attended lycee lyautey in Casablanca and I am now at the University of Michigan. you can MP me if you need any help!

@bluebayou Thank you, Boston College seems to be a very nice option !

@zozoheir A fellow moroccan ! Merci pour ta proposition ! J’ai tellement de questions !
