<p>you call the regular phone line</p>

<p>1-609-771-7300 or the other one for internationals. w/e</p>

<p>you wait until AFTER the operator names all the functions and then you'll wait a little bit until they connect you with a CB representative. they'll ask you a few simple questions you should know the answer to (i.e. your birthday, address, etc) and then they'll give you your ap number.</p>
