@snowinchicago, it says the exact same thing for me, except the stuff about tax because I didn’t apply for FA. But otherwise, identical. I noticed you submitted supplemental research. Out of curiosity, what did you do? I did a biochem research project over the summer.

@Hadiram: I did a project on drug combination treatment in neuroblastoma cell lines. Sort of biochem-y. What did you do?

mine was more basic sci, but I studied the function of a protein in splicing and the molecular mechanism behind how mutations in the gene encoding that protein lead to blindness. did you submit to siemens and/or intel?

I didn’t feel like I would’ve gotten very far in those competitions because of my results, so I didn’t apply.
Did you? A know a handful of people who are semifinalists for siemens. Makes me kind of regret not applying, but I’m pretty confident that time would’ve been wasted.

Yeah, I was a Siemens Semi. Intel doesn’t come out until January though :|

congrats! goodluck with your competitions :)

everything is the same for me except in the student aid, I have a new FAFSA tab that hasn’t been completed yet. Does anyone else have this?

@snowinchicago and @sunshinerocks
I noticed you guys have some information about interviews in your account. Did you guys complete an interview???
Because I did but it doesn’t show up under my account.

i did an interview. this is what it says in mine:

I signed up for an interview but I never got one.
I waited and waited but nobody emailed or called (that I know of), so I’m just assuming there wasn’t anybody available to interview me.

@MDNeuroHopeful That’s so weird… because mine says nothing and interviewed in October. :confused: (Sigh) It’ll be too late to tell them now if they didn’t have my interview on record for the EA decisions but if I get deferred, I guess I’ll have to contact the Office of Admissions. (I really hope this didn’t make a difference in my EA decision. I love this school.)

(SAD FACE)

@uchicagobound17, Did u have your interview on campus? cause I had my interview on campus and it doesn’t say anything about an interview on my account.

@clara34kr that might be why, since i had an alumni interview
