<p>So, which place is better for learning CS?</p>
<p>And if I want to find a job after graduation, which city is better?</p>
<p>Or if I want to have a master degree, which university is good for future?</p>

<p>U mass is a good school. I live here though, and many of my friends want to go there and they are pretty intelligent.</p>
<p>UMass Amherst is definitely better in the compsci department (it’s considered one of the best in the country), and you could easily get internships/job offers from either New York or Boston, which the school is in between.</p>
