<p>I’m not a legal scholar, but I think this case only applies to public colleges and universities. Since I think prep schools are (for the most part) private education entities, I’m not sure the eventual ruling on this case would be relevant.</p>

<p>Only educational institutions that accept public money would be affected. So, no, won’t affect boarding schools, which can admit however they please. Personal bias: I hope affirmative action lasts many more years.</p>
