High Scholarship Schools for internationals?

Hi guys
I am from Turkey and I am studying in an advanced private high school with scholarship for 2 years... I have 3.7 GPA with some advanced classes (IB Physics) and some poor classes (Precalculus), I got 83 in TOEFL and 23 in ACT(30 Math)
I played football(American Football), I was the founder of Web Dev. Club in my school (I had a certificate from computer hardware/software competition in Turkey), I also play in concert band and drum line, I also have photography portfolio (certificated).
My family can afford 20,000$ per year for my college education. I am planning to major in Computer Science and I am looking for smaller universities which can give me high scholarships.

Can you guys recommend me some colleges which can offer high scholarship for international students in my position?
Doesn't matter which state)

Thank You !

Merhaba!

I can’t comment on the scholarships- generally look at the smaller, private religious linked colleges. Many are Catholic and they tend to be pretty happy to have people of other or no faith attend. These often have more money for internationals than large state universities.

You might also want to consider some of the cheaper 4 year colleges. Again, if you’re not bothered about where you study and could stand lack of diversity in the more agricultural areas, start your search with these:
