How was your guys ap exams?
AP world history - MC -Easy
FRQS=hard

AP Psych self study my only one it was pretty easy except the second FRQ expecting a high 4/low 5.

How managable could World history Self study be? Is it easy?

I have to say it is pretty okay. I would it’s just the essays that are kinda of hard but it’s managable.

AP Human Geography tomorrow. Oh Boy!

This is such a cool thread! It’s great to know there are other sophomores out there that have big dreams!

I am going to a community college for high school because I was homeschooled until last year. I plan on going to West Point and majoring in PoliSci or maybe something math-y. I want to branch MP and work with a combat unit. Maybe go Army for career, but if not, join the police or FBI after my 5 years.

Good luck with finals everybody! I have a college algebra one on Monday…so glad the semester is almost over!

^ Ah! That’s awesome~
Yes, welcome to CC where everyone dreams big! lol
That’s pretty cool, West Point! Good luck on your finals!!!

Only 6 full school days left!
Good thing I’m almost done with catching up. x.X

Haha @Custardapple,
I thought the MC was pretty difficult, but the essays weren’t as bad as I was expecting. I probably had the most trouble with the compare and contrast.

Do y’all know your class ranks yet?

My school doesn’t rank… which is good because I’m sure 25% of my grade is super competitive… x.X

If I actually tried in school, I might be top half or something.

I congratulate you all for finishing your APs. :)

Now the rest of us will toil away studying for the SAT Subject tests…

Anyone else taking SAT Prep/studying for the SAT this summer?

Which subject test are you taking, Ilyana?
I plan on doing some studying, but not like a class or anything.

I’m doing the Chemistry test. Doing US History and Spanish next year. Are you taking any?

I feel like such a dork right now. Procrastinating by watching anime. My life right here.

^ahahah anime, nice! which one?

Only 1 full week after today for me…!
3 days of exams afterwords, but oh well xD

^ GOOD LUCK!
Hey, would you say it would be to late to start AP in junior year? Cause I’m currently following the british schooling system and will be starting the IB diploma programme next year… but my parents have been hearing stories from other people about how tough the programme is and now they’re asking me if I want to do AP instead since my mind is set on studying in the states for university anyway. But the thing is, I’m scared that it will be too late for me to start AP in junior year… Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance! :)

Unlike the IB program you can start AP whenever

SAT prep is pretty easy. I checked out a couple books from the library with a bunch of practice tests in them. ACT too, but I HATE the ACT. It’s so stupid. I just want to get a high score on the SAT and not take the ACT. The practice tests are great though. The first one I took, I got 1850 but I bumped it up to 2200 on the second! Just practice!

Anybody know what the PSAT is like? Is it basically the same as the SAT? Cause I don’t think I want to take it…
