High school class of 2016

Like mdsquared i would like to become a suregon. Not sure what kind yet. I know its going to be a long tough road, and being from a small town dosnt help, but im ready.

Sent from my SCH-R930 using CC

Hey guys this is my schedule:
Lit/comp honors
Accelerated math II (aka Algebra II i think)
Biology Honors
AP Human Geography
personal fitness
spanish I
and then Scientific research I which is part of the STEM program at my school

What are you the most excited about for this coming school year?

This one’s easy- for me at least. Not having to visit my stupid locker after every class just to get my books. My locker was very violent as I got scratched and bruised by it a lot.

At least you had/have a locker. They don’t have em at my school or at my junior high.

Anyway, there’s this one girl in my history class who is sooo annoying. She thinks she’s the smartest thing on the planet. For example, she says she speaks four languages: English, Pig Latin, Japanese (from watching anime), and German (she’s in German 1 and it’s only the fourth day of school). She just grinds on my gears! Anyone else know people like this? Even the teacher wants her to shut up.

^ I know a similar girl from my middle school, lol.
But yeah, I think I visit my locker WAY too much. I wish we could carry our backpacks around; apparently it’s a “hazard” because the desks are too close together and the teacher could trip. Seriously??? How can you even trip on a backpack? FAIL. rofl.

Lol we carry our backpacks around all day and teachers have tripped on them before.

XD haha. My teachers probably don’t care, it’s just the Ass. Princ.

^Assistant Principal…Woops

Well in my experience, it’s usually the assistant principal who’s a you-know-what. They act like they’re the principal. -_-

I KNOW. We had 2 of them, though. One was nice, the other was…

Haha at my school the assistant principal handles discipline. The school’s kinda ghetto, so he’s probably got troublemakers in his office all day which would understandably make him grumpy. However, at my junior high, the assistant principal was awful! I swear, she was out to get me!

@lol… Our assistant principle also handles discipline… and dress code, which nobody likes her for. I got in so much trouble because I accidentally wore jeans that hap a small tear at the bottom near my knees. I didn’t even notice cause it was so small.

Yeah at my school the assistant principal also handles dress code. Okay, I just looked it up and my school has four assistant principals. So one handles discipline, the other handles dress code, another handles “at-risk” students, and the other is in charge of academic stuff like curriculum.

But anyway, I just really didn’t like my junior high assistant principal. I was in her office once (don’t ask) and it seems she got her masters or something from University of Phoenix. Hmm, that’s a little sketchy… Lol.

We can’t have our bookbags around for “safety” reasons. I’m so glad I’m done with middle school, me and my counselor did not get along.

omg swinter I know a girl just like that
at a marching band meeting she was telling my brother how she speaks spanish german and french
but then I found out her schedule was Spanish I and that she was taking ZERO honors classes ■■■■■

and once she told my brother that she plays every instrument
and im like that’s bs
your main instrument is flute
and you are far from the best flutist in our school.
I doubt you can play any otehr instrument than flute.
And then she tells me that flutes can have Bb foots
no it’s B foots REGULAR B FFOOTS
YOU ARE A DONKEY

Haha, @swinter. The university of Phoenix.

ugh I hate properties of quadrilaterals
i remember triangles being much easier… :(

also geometry update for those who care! My mom spoke with the math lady and I probably can take the test YAY!!!
But I need a 90% or higher and I’m not even halfway done
im on chapter 6, polygons and quadrilaterals and my brain doesn’t like it
ch 7 is similarity, which i hope is easier but it also could be a million times worse
8 is about right TRIANGLES and trigonometry (YAY TRIANGLES!!)
9 is transformations which sounds really easy because it’s just like flipping things with your mind
10 is area :frowning: great, time to memorize more formulas (although that might not be too hard since I already know a lot since other chapters touched on this)
11 is surface area + volume (more formulas)
12 is circles so we’ll see how that goes (might be fun, since I found geometry on a circle to be interesting [like drawing a triangle on a circle{not sure what the correct term is though{])
13 is probablity EW but YAY LAST CHAPTER

Swinter- Thanks!!
I want to be an ob/gyn or a cardiologist. Anybody really nervous for freshman year?

pls talk to me guys
i thrive on attnetioosn
