Im entering my junior year of high school, and I realized I wanted to go into economics. I am taking AP Stats and AP macro and microeconomics to show colleges Im serious about it but I feel its not enough. I always hear from my friends about how they get IT or Science internships with the local board of ed or the local regional college but I want something more specific to my interest. Does anyone know about any internships with an economics orientation?

The possibilities are endless if you choose to make your own opportunities. Would you be open to doing an independent project that has to do with economics? Is there a particular aspect of economics that you’re interested in?
