Hello, I am currently a sophomore in High School and i have gotten a 4.0 every single quarter my sophmore year. My cummlative GPA is about a 3.897. I was wondering if this is a competitive schedule for my junior year for the Academy. So I can be as competitive as possible

Powerlifting (Football Class, have to take it)
A.P Computer Science
A.P Biology
A.P Language Arts
H. Chemistry
PreCalculus
Personal Finance(College Course)
Then Just an art credit I have to fill.
I already took Physics my sophmore year and I have gotten an A in it.

AP classes are great. It looks good. Keep taking Math and Science courses. Score well on the ACT/SAT and keep your grades up, and you look really good Academically. Also, keep taking challenging courses.

Are you involved in any sports? Extra-Curricular activities?
Athletics and Leadership is also an important part of the application process. Strive for leadership positions in your extracurrics.
Do all that, stay in shape, and you look good.

I am in shape. I play football(for eight years). I am also on the national honor society.

Make sure there is leadership in ther too. Eagle Scout? Club President or student council or something? Maybe football team captain? course you are only a sophomore so you still got time, but thats just some reccomendations as far as leadership. Also, throughout high school I took the summer leadership programs that were local state things. Like stuff run through Rotary Club and Hugh O’Brien, and Boy’s State. Deffinately check to see what is available to you in your area and take advantage of them. GOOD LUCK!!! :D
